Some things are just meant to go together, like Winnie the Pooh and honey and cyclists and coffee. All the coffee/espresso loving cyclists in the Chicago area are in for a big treat with Tillie the Rapha trailer making the rounds. Last night Tillie came out to the Northbrook Velodrome and kept the octane level high for all the state championship races by handing out espresso all evening long. If you missed last night’s opportunity, fear not, Tillie will be making another appearance on Sunday! Pre-ride Stumptown espresso will be served up from 6:30AM till 8AM at Velosmith in Wilmette. Skratch Labs drink will also be provided for your ride bottle. Get your buzz on!!
You may miss the caffeine jolt if you don’t make it out to Velosmith, but that’ll be okay as long as you’re riding your bike. Check the listing below for the weekend’s events.
