What a difference a week makes in our fine city. Last Friday, the wind that brought in the warm temps was so powerful that a ride around town was quite a risky ordeal. Intent Indoor Time Trial Series #4 – This is the fourth of five indoor races in this series. If you’re going for the overall, you need to participate in at least three events, so plan on heading out this weekend to guarantee your spot in the overall. Women’s Weekend at Ray’s – Women’s Weekend is next Friday, so reserve your spot now for a fun weekend of indoor mountain biking with coaching and tips from Leigh Donovan and her team. The 2016 (unofficial) Illinois State Goldsprint Championships –This lighthearted sprint tournament is a fundraiser for the Ed Rudolph Velodrome. The tournament is Saturday, March 5th at 7PM and will be held at Chrome Chicago. Bring your sprinting legs, your favorite competitor(s) and compete for glory and prizes. Kenosha Velosport Spring Training Criteriums – You know spring is right around the corner when this long-running series begins.
