We’ve got another warmup this weekend with temps reaching the mid-forties. There may not be any local races, but the group rides should be in full swing! Enjoy this md-winter heat wave and get outside and enjoy.

Events:

Frozen Fat Fondo Fest – You’ll have to travel a bit to race this weekend, but there’s fun in Davenport, Iowa this Saturday with this three hour challenge. The goal is to complete as many laps as you can in three hours. You can compete as solo rider or get a team of three together to share the effort. For race information, click here.

Coming Up:

Rapha Chicago February Lecture Series – This Wednesday’s lecture feature will be a Round Table Discussion on Bike Fit with Velosmith’s Tony Bustamante and Rachel Wills presenting. For more information or to rsvp, click here.

The Unofficial Illinois State Goldsprint Championships – The Northbrook Cycle Committee’s having a fundraiser, but you’ll have to muscle-up to do your part! It’s an indoor sprint competition which will be held on Thursday, February 16 at 7pm at Chrome Chicago. For more information, click here.

ABD’s Indoor Time Trial Series Event #3 – It’s back to a flat course for next weekend’s time trial challenge. Keep your racing edge sharp over these winter months and head out to Winfield Central School to be part of the action. For event information or to register, click here.
